Shipping & Delivery

We deliver worldwide, with complimentary express delivery across the UAE and express international shipping via DHL.

United Arab Emirates

Complimentary express delivery is available across the UAE via Aramex.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day and typically delivered within 1–2 working days.

A signature is required upon delivery.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local conditions.

All international deliveries require a signature.

Duties & Taxes

SWAYE ships international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where available.

Applicable import duties, customs charges and local taxes, including VAT where applicable, are calculated at checkout and included in the final amount payable. You will not be asked to make an additional customs or duty payment to the courier upon delivery.

For UAE orders, 5% UAE VAT is included in the price shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Orders are securely delivered by our courier partners and may require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Addresses

For security and signature requirements, SWAYE is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order. Once an order has been confirmed, we may be unable to amend the delivery address.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order or made-to-order pieces, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, available items may be dispatched separately.
